Copies of the game can be downloaded (below) or purchased by clicking here.

For links to other hands-on activities and games you may like to use during the Week, scroll to the bottom of the page.

Don't forget, we also have our Disney Active Learning Resources to help engage pupils aged 4-11 years with the five health challenges!

Instructions

Health Hopper is a game for 2-4 players, aimed at pupils aged 5-16 years.  Download the instructions to learn how to play!

Game board

Download the Health Hopper game board here.  We recommend printing the game A3 size.

Cards

There are 20 questions cards for each catagory - Health eating, Cooking, Food origin and Activity (80 cards in total).

The cards are arranged with 10 questions per A4 sheet (eight sheets in total).  We suggest you change your print settings to print 'two sheets to a page' so the cards are smaller and will fit more comfortably on an A3 downloaded version of the Health Hopper board.

Blank cards

You may wish to write your own health realted questions for the Health Hopper game.  We have provided four different colour card templates so you can write your own questions for the four catagories.

Other supporting games
