Rhubarb and orange crumble
Cut the rhubarb into chunks and arrange it in an ovenproof dish.
Next, top with the honey, chopped ginger, cinnamon, orange rind and juice.
Put the flour and low fat spread into the bowl, and rub-in.
Add the muesli and crushed biscuits, and stir everything together.
Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the top of the rhubarb and level out.
Wearing oven gloves, put the crumble into the hot oven.
Cook for 30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the rhubarb is soft.
Wearing oven gloves, remove the crumble from the oven.
