Juices

Juices

Apple and carrot

First, get the equipment ready. 

Next, get the ingredients. 

Cut away the top and bottom from each carrot.

Then, cut the carrots into pieces that will fit into the juicer and place them into the bowl. 

Cut the apples into pieces and place them in the bowl - remember to check that the pieces will fit into the juicer. 

Switch on the juicer, and push the apples into the top – mind your fingers! 

Next, add the carrot pieces. 

Turn off the juicer and remove the juice container.

Finally, whisk the juice gently and pour it into the glasses.
 
Pear, cucumber and ginger

First, get the equipment ready. 

Next, get the ingredients. 

Cut the cucumber into sticks and place these into the bowl.

Then cut the pears into pieces.

Peel the ginger.

Switch on the juicer, and push the pears into the top – mind your fingers! 

Next, add the ginger and the cucumber. 

Turn off the juicer and remove the juice container. 

Finally, whisk the juice gently and pour it into the glasses.
