Sustainable healthy food resources for students aged 14- 16 years
Food - a fact of life has developed a range of resources to support teaching and learning around sustainability considerations in the context of food and nutrition.
The resources comprise a comprehensive presentation for pupils aged 14-16 years covering the main factors that make up a sustainable healthy diet and three 'pick and mix' activity sheets to encourage independent learning, creativity, and deeper and more critical thinking.
The resources in this area are suitable for pupils in England and Wales (Key Stage 4, years 10 and 11), Northern Ireland (post-primary, years 11 and 12) and Scotland (S4-S5).
The resources can be found in the Sustainable healthy food area.
